Itinerary:
Upon arrival at
Casablanca Mohamed V Airport, you will be met by a Marrakesh
Voyage representative and transferred to Rabat, the capital
of Morocco and one of the Imperial Cities. The remainder of
the afternoon is free to unpack and relax by the hotel
swimming pool. Dinner and Accommodations at the Rabat Hilton
Hotel.
This championship
45-hole course plays host to the King Hassan II trophy
tournament at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salaam. Non-Golfers,
have an option of a full day tour of Rabat. This diplomatic
capital is home to parliament members and ministers, and is
the official residence of King Hassan II. The tour includes
a tour of the old medina, the picturesque Kasbah of the
Oudayas, and the Oudaya Gate, built during the Almohad
dynasty. Also see the well-preserved Hassan Tower, and the
Chellah, built by the Merinids in the 12th and 13th
centuries. Dinner and Accommodations at the Rabat Hilton
Hotel.
Day 3 -
Tuesday
Marrakech
The oasis,
Imperial Cities of Morocco. Uniquely situated at the
foothills of the High Atlas Mountains in a beautiful oasis
of over 100,000 palm trees, the setting is often described
as biblical. Check in at the five-star Palmeraie Golf
Palace. Enjoy a buffet lunch by the pool. An afternoon
historical sightseeing tour begins with Menara Gardens. See
the small Saadian pavilion mirrored in still water with the
Atlas Mountains and olive groves in the back round. This
pavilion was used by sultans for romantic interludes. Next,
enter the old medina, buried within the imperial walls, and
stop at the foot of the famous Koutoubia Minaret, a
masterpiece of Islamic architecture. Continue to the kasbah
(fortress) and the 16th century monument site of the Saadian
Tombs. Notice the wonderful Hispano-Mauresque architecture
surrounding the burial grounds of the Royal Family.
Afterward, visit the aristocratic Bahia Palace with its lush
Moorish-style courtyard garden and beautifully painted
residential rooms. Finally, stroll through the famous Jemaa
El Fna Square, the ancient meeting place of tradesmen in
Northwest Africa. Return to the hotel for overnight. Our
hotel, Palmeraie Golf Palace, is one of Marrakech's most
elegant and luxurious hotels. It has its own 18-hole golf
course, five swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and
squash courts, a bowling alley, eight restaurants, and a
nightclub. Those amenities, as well as a unique luxurious
Moroccan atmosphere offer its guests the best of Morocco- a
luxurious environment in a traditional exclusive Moroccan
Palace.
Day 4 -
Wednesday
Marrakech
In the morning,
play an 18-hole round of golf at the Palmeraie Golf Palace.
For the non-golfers, an optional half day garden tour by
horse-drawn carriage takes us along the outside of the old
city ramparts, across the Agdal Gardens and to the lush
botanical Majorelle Gardens, which are privately owned by
Yves St. Laurent, where we stop for a stroll. Finally, a
ride back to the beautiful palm grove of Marrakech completes
the tour.

Enjoy an international buffet lunch by the swimming pool at
the Palmeraie Golf Palace. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 5 -
Thursday
Marrakech:
In the morning,
play a round of golf at the Palmeraie Golf Palace.
Non-golfers can enjoy the hotels many activities or go on
the half-day garden tour by horse drawn carriage.
Enjoy an international buffet lunch by the swimming pool.
Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 6 - Friday
El Jadida:
Take a morning
drive to the Atlantic coast to El Jadida, where we check in
at Royal Golf Hotel, El Jadida, a five star resort located
on the ocean and on the edge of the famous Royal El Jadida
golf course. Play an afternoon round of golf. Dinner and
overnight at the hotel.
You will be
transferred to your Marrakesh or Casablanca Airport, depends
on your destination.
This tour is not
